The bed filters consist of vertical cylindrical heavy-duty hard filler containers. They have high mechanical strength through suitable reinforcements and corrosion protection.
They require a specific operation design. The filler material with proper placement forms beds and may consist of filtration materials such as quartz, anthracite, activated carbon and ion exchange resins.
The specific filters are applied in the water supply networks, in the sewage treatment, in the well water, in the pre-treatment of seawater, etc. They can be operated manually or automatically using a programming valve.
